The Old Hammam and Spa

I've never experienced a hammam before but went with a family member who has had several in the UK and across Turkey. The staff were helpful and showed us around the facilities before calling us through to the hammam where we were exfoliated before receiving a bubble massage. At the end of our session we were given Turkish tea. The whole thing was incredible. I'd urge everyone to try it.

Lovely experience with my daughter. Treatment was excellent, experienced therapist. Lovely facilities and very clean. A hidden gem. Will definitely return.

Book a package now, you won't regret it! Went as a group for sauna, steam room, ice room, jacuzzi, pool and hammam treatment (scrub). It's not as luxurious as some of the ones you get abroad in Turkey or Morocco but it's still really nice. Have already been back a few times...

Beautiful place, clean and tidy. The facilities were amazing, there was dry sauna, steam room, swimming pool, jacuzzi, ice room and cold bucket next to the shower perfect for when you had used the sauna or the steam room. We bought the platinum package which gave us one hour of enjoying the facilities followed by 45 minutes of hammam treatment including massage and hair wash with organic argan oil shampoo and conditioner. The staff were very professional, welcoming and accommodating. Souad was my therapist thank you so very much for your exceptional work

Went this week with my sisters, it was great! Lovely place nice clean fresh and staff were very attentive and friendly. The hammam is a must! The girls do the whole treatment perfectly. After using the spa you get a complimentary Turkish tea. The whole 2 hours was just perfect can't fault anything will be returning soon.

What a super experience. The venue is very easy to get to as only 2 mins walk from Edmonton Green overground which is only 4 stops from Seven Sisters/Victoria Line.Walk round the corner and onto Church Road and there is a sign on the side of the building so you helpfully know you are heading in the right direction.On entering we were greeted warmly and professionally and then escorted to the changing rooms. We had brought towels but had the wrong type of flip flops and they had the right size for free - thanks. They were also very comfortable.After changing we were given a guided tour and the place is amazing and super clean - really very clean which makes for a fabulous experience. Sauna, Steam, Ice Room, Jacuzzi and a lovely Swimming Pool...our hour before our treatments was spent really enjoying the facilities.We tried everything before heading into the Hammam for our scheduled scrub, foam wash and massage. We both came out saying what fabulous therapists who performed our treatments - thanks!Would highly recommend and one of the best Hammams in London.

We had a wonderful experience at The Old Hammam and Spa and can’t recommend it highly enough. It was easy to book and we think that the platinum package was excellent value for money as we had an hour to enjoy the sauna, steam room, jacuzzi, pool and ice room before our exhilarating body scrub and massage. The facilities are spotless and all staff friendly and helpful. It’s a brilliant Hammam experience, easily as good as our last one in Istanbul, and we feel lucky that we have this facility here in London. We’ll certainly be regulars!

Went with friends and had a lovely experience. Forgot the name of the lady who did my scrub but she was honestly amazing, a star! I’m so disappointed I forgot her name because she had magical hands! A true attentive and caring person.

Great place to go definitely get a treatment at the Hammam. It's not really a relax all day place it's a get in get healthy get out kinda place. Great temperature for the sauna, I found the steam room a bit hot but the variety is probably good as people have different options. Ice room is fun. There are a few things they could do with repairing. Also they really really need to have a curtain up after the doors to the changing room as when you open the door you expose all the women to the hallway. On mixed days this means men could see you changing. You can change in the toilet cubicle though but then everyone is just waiting to use the cubicle which is a bit annoying. But aside from that well worth visiting!

I went to this hamam for the first time, lovely lady scrubbed me from head to toe. Friendly staff from entry to the lady showing me around. I enjoyed my time and will definitely be back and bring friends as I came alone. This was a very relaxing session and women friendly. Also within walking distance to train. Thanks!!
